(Formerly Zhejiang Ruian Venus Steel Pipe Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.) is located in Heping Industrial Zone, Ruian City of Zhejiang Province. In 2005 our company moved to Juyu Industrial Zone of Wencheng County as our second production base, which contains professional developing and research department, professional cold pilger mill production shop and production group. 1.On-site operation and maintenance training includes the following purpose.
1)The operator can be skillful in handling and maintaining the equipment.
2)The maintenance personnel need master the daily maintenance and repair work of the equipment.
2.After-sale service: The interview will be not less than one time during the maintenance period,we will inspect the running state of equipment and provide reasonable advice for the users.
3.Fault clearance:After the receipt of the fault information from the users,we will give immediate reply and arrive at the spot within 72 hours to check the equipment working state.
4.Equipment maintenance: After-sale service engineer will provide the perfect service for fault prevention to ensure your safe production.
5.Technical training : After-sale service engineer will provide professional and complete technical knowledge training for the equipment free of charge.
6.Customer interview: We will keep the file for every customer’s equipment after leaving factory.We also have special software to help the user manage the equipment, such as being acquainted with the working state and keeping specific records,reminding the users to replace the wearing parts and inspect the equipment periodically, carrying out the service investigation and after-sale service advice for the equipment periodically,setting up after-sale column record,etc.
