Heading machine is composed of main motor device、feeding device、roller rack device、feeding rack device、electric controlling device、lubrication & cooling device、hydraulic device etc.It has 2 functions.One is fully automatic heading in the production line of mother tubes piercing.After mother tubes finished piercing、the tubes convey to feeding roller of heading machine from roller drive device to rotary feeding device、then the tubes roll into the first curving rollers from roller rack. The upper curving roller is pressed by oil cylinder and the forward direction of curving rollers rotate the tubes into the die of main engine for heading.Main engine is composed of engine base、servo motors、small belt pulley、big belt pulley、crank shaft、rocker arm etc.The rocker arm is installed with dies、and the dies will be open reduction during the rotor frequency、while the tubes rotating inside.When rotating feeding to required length、the spacing motion appears、then the hydraulic motor drives the curving rollers for reversal rotation.Then the tubes will be returnde to the roller rack、after that the turning cylinder will turn the tubes into the collecting basket.Another is that the mother tubes putting in feeding rack are delivering to main motor for automatic heading after turning and stopper.Electric Controlling System is composed of main controlling cabinet、operation panel、external execution and sensing devices.It adopts servo motor for controlling and PLC for controlling the input and output of each loop.This controlling system has powerful fault diagnosis function and the operator can set numbers of fault diagnosis and alarm.
