Composition and characteristics of fully automatic high-speed cold rolling tube mill:
   The fully automatic high-speed cold-rolled pipe mill consists of a feeding mechanism, a core rod device, front and rear core rod chuck devices, an intermediate bed body, a feed bed body, a machine base box, a main transmission device, a discharge mechanism, a cooling system, an automatic control system, etc. The feeding mechanism realizes stacking, flipping, and pushing the damaged pipe to the middle bed through the front chuck. The front and rear chucks work alternately, and the middle bed feeds the material into the bed; The double feed trolley works alternately to feed the raw tube into the rolling device of the machine base box for rolling; After rolling is completed, the discharge mechanism quickly pulls out the finished pipe and flips it to the aggregate rack. The raw pipe is automatically loaded, fed, continuously rolled, and discharged in a non-stop cycle from the stacking rack to the finished pipe to the aggregate rack.
The control system consists of a main control cabinet, an operation console, external actuators, sensing components, etc. The main transmission and feeding rotary device are driven by a fully closed-loop control permanent magnet servo motor. The control panel is equipped with various buttons, voltage and current meters, and a touch screen, where various parameters can be adjusted and alarm information can be displayed. This control system has rich fault diagnosis functions, automatically diagnosing stall, overcurrent, power shortage and other faults, and giving alarm prompts. Unit sequence and process chain control: Responsible for the process automation operation of the entire unit, including start stop control of various systems, feed in rotation, linkage interlocking, selection of work mode, etc., making the system operation simple and easy to maintain.
1. This equipment can produce carbon steel, bearing steel, super special element body, low-alloy steel, stainless steel, titanium alloy zirconium alloy, tantalum niobium alloy, high-temperature alloy, copper nickel alloy, copper aluminum and various other non-ferrous metals.
2. The whole machine adopts the existing optimized rolling process, which is easy to operate and maintain. The main drive adopts a permanent magnet servo motor, which is controllable, energy-saving, and stable.
3. The open frame and rack adjustment device make mold replacement simple, convenient, and fast.
4. The handheld pulse generator can control the rack to stop at any position.
5. The rotary feed is controlled by a servo motor, with high-precision control to adjust the feed and rotary amounts.
Compared with cold drawn pipes, cold rolling eliminates intermediate processes such as cold drawing, cutting, pickling, heat treatment, and straightening.
7. Each pass achieves large diameter reduction and wall reduction, and has a pipe wall correction effect.
8. The inner and outer diameters and wall thickness can achieve extremely high tolerance requirements and surface roughness requirements.
9. It can achieve extremely high yield without any material loss in the manufacturing process.
