The control system consists of a main control cabinet, an operation console, external actuators, sensing components, etc. The main transmission and feeding rotary device are driven by a fully closed-loop control permanent magnet servo motor. The control panel is equipped with various buttons, voltage and current meters, and a touch screen, where various parameters can be adjusted and alarm information can be displayed. This control system has rich fault diagnosis functions, automatically diagnosing stall, overcurrent, power shortage and other faults, and giving alarm prompts. Unit sequence and process chain control: Responsible for the process automation operation of the entire unit, including start stop control of various systems, feed in rotation, linkage interlocking, selection of work mode, etc., making the system operation simple and easy to maintain.
